Parents Council

​The role of the DSS Colorado parent board (Elternbeirat) is to establish a link between parents and the school. The parent board will address issues brought up by parents and will influence the allocation of donations received. Further, it will be involved in all matters related to the school.

 

The role of our parent board:

 

• Represent the interest of our students' parents;

• Give the parents the opportunity to stay informed and have a voice;

• Strengthen the trust between parents and teachers;

• Address the wishes, comments, and suggestions of the parents;

• Help organize school related events;

• Advise on the usage of teaching materials;

• Be involved in disciplinary acts that could result in dispelling a student.
